Transfer Guidelines for Filipino Specified Skilled Workers in Japan

Filipino Specified Skilled Workers (SSWs) have the option to transfer to another employer/accepting organization during their visa period, but they are bound by the terms of their employment contract. This transfer is allowed for valid reasons, such as employer violations that are not resolved through negotiations. Accepting organizations must inform and obtain clearance from the previous employer before the transfer and may be responsible for reimbursing pre-deployment expenses. Clearance is required for the processing of labor documents by the Migrant Workers Office Osaka (formerly known as POLO Osaka).Registered Support Organizations should not engage in recruitment or placement activities and should refrain from enticing employed SSWs with promises of higher wages or better working conditions.

It is meticulously designed to ensure that applicants have a firm grasp of basic introduction in Japanese and the Hiragana alphabet. Only those who successfully complete this module move forward, guaranteeing that you receive highly prepared candidates from the outset. The second module is incorporated into the final selection process after the employer interview. Here, applicants must demonstrate their commitment to ongoing learning of the Japanese language by passing this module.
